2. What we collect
When you submit our contact or strategy-call form, message us on WhatsApp, or book a consultation, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, business or relocation details, and your preferred jurisdiction. We also collect limited technical and behavioural data automatically as you browse: pages visited, session duration, general location (country/city level), and on-page interactions such as clicks and scrolling, captured via Microsoft Clarity. If you arrive from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google advertisement, a pixel or tag from that platform may record your visit and interaction with our ads for measurement and retargeting purposes.
3. How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, route your request to the relevant partner or jurisdiction desk, and, where you have not opted out, to follow up with relevant information about our services. This is collected and processed under a separate client engagement agreement, in order to meet anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations under Swiss, UAE, and other applicable jurisdictions' regulations. That data is subject to stricter confidentiality, security, and retention rules than the general website data described above, and is not used for marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
Because Amedia Group coordinates services across Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Spain, your information may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions as needed to deliver the service you have requested. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
7. Retention
