1. Acceptance
By accessing or using amedia-dubai.com (the “Site”), operated by Fiduciaire Amedia S.A. on behalf of the Amedia Group, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
This Site provides general information about Amedia Group's company formation, tax structuring, residency, and banking-introduction services, and allows you to request a consultation. Nothing on this Site constitutes a formal offer, engagement, or contract for services. A client relationship is only established once a separate written engagement agreement has been signed with the relevant Amedia Group entity for your jurisdiction.
3. No professional advice
Content on this Site — including service descriptions, FAQ answers, and jurisdiction comparisons — is general information only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice. Rules referenced (such as UAE corporate tax thresholds) may change and may not reflect your specific circumstances. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of this content without a formal consultation.
4. Booking a consultation
Submitting the contact form or booking a strategy call is free and creates no obligation on either party. Fees for services are bespoke and are provided during or after your consultation, not published on this Site.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials on this Site are owned by Fiduciaire Amedia S.A. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
6. Third-party links and services
This Site links to and integrates with third-party services, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, and our booking platform. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amedia Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site. Liability arising from an actual client engagement is governed exclusively by the terms of the relevant signed engagement agreement.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any dispute arising from your use of this Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected], or by post to Fiduciaire Amedia S.A., 43 Boulevard Georges Favon, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland.
